Designed as a batch prepared mix that is packed with the essence of a Christmas time, which makes it ideal for your holiday party. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for brunch beverages, puddings, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.

Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
For the Drink (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Place every items into a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. After that, take off the heat and let it to reach room temperature fully. Decant into a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it chilled, it will last for up to one month.
For the Cocktail Base: Combine the specified liquids in a large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain best through a fine cloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml of the premix to a stirring glass filled with ice, and stir gently for one minute until cold. Strain to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and finish using a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
